Exercise Routine!



Hiya Guys!

So. I was doing my daily Exercise Routine while watching Sprinkle of Glitter (Love her and her videos!) and I realised I didnt upload a blog post!! *Dramatic Gasp!* So I thought I would share with you luuurvly people what I do before I go to bed to exercise my GUT and my LEGS! I have to admit. Im a little bit of a Exercise/health FREAK! Dont Judge ok! Haha! Anyway, lets get started.



LEGS-
I try to only focus on my thighs but here are the exercises I do!
SCISSORS – I lay down on my side and I move my legs up and down until it starts really burning, but I try to do about 20 to 25.

BICYCLE LEGS – Oh.Em.Gee. I love this exercise! Lay down on your back and basically, to put it bluntly, move your legs like you’re riding a bicycle down a lovely sunny country side lane…… Stop day-dreaming Amelia!!! Haha!

STOMACH
SIT-UPS- Ok. Im going to warn you, this is PAINFULL! It burns like heck and if you don’t exercise regularly then it will hurt in the morning. ANYWHO, lay down on your back and move your upper body up and down, just like you are about to get up from your chair.

SIT-STILLS – Act like you are about to do a sit up, and then just freeze and see how long you can hold it! This also hurts but not as much as Sit-ups!

Now… GET EXERCISING! Joking! Have fun and remember don’t hurt yourself! *Does angry mother face*
